Most translation tools were built for a paragraph. A novel is 300 pages of running context, and that is where they come apart. DualBook translates a book as one unit of work — every chapter is translated with the surrounding chapters in view.
Feed a book to a general translation tool one chunk at a time and each chunk is translated as if it were the first thing you ever sent. Nothing carries.
Chunk-by-chunk translation
Every chapter starts from zero
A character's name is spelled three ways by chapter twelve
A recurring term is translated differently every time it appears
Formal narration drifts into casual halfway through
You paste, copy, and lose track of where you were
DualBook
One book, one continuous piece of work
Names and terminology are held steady across the whole book
Each chapter is translated with the chapters around it in view
Tone set in chapter one still holds in the last chapter
The EPUB structure survives — chapters, order, and all
Most books finish in 10–30 minutes. It depends on length and on the model you choose. The run happens in the background and progress is tracked live per chapter, so you can close the tab and come back.
Does the translation keep the book's structure?
Yes. The EPUB is split along its own chapter boundaries and rebuilt the same way, so chapter order and divisions survive the round trip.
Can I choose how the translation reads?
There is a style setting on the run — literary, formal or plain. It changes how the prose is rendered without changing what it says.
Is it good enough to publish?
It is machine translation, and we say so plainly. It is well suited to reading, studying and deciding whether a book is worth your time. Anything you intend to publish or rely on professionally should be reviewed by a person.
What can I try for free?
The free plan translates and reads the first 20% of any book, with no card. That is enough to see how the translation holds across several chapters before you pay for anything.
