Upload a Thai EPUB and get the first fifteen pages back in English. Thai verbs do not carry tense — so every English sentence has to supply one that the original never wrote down.
The first 15 pages of text are sent to our server to be translated. The file itself stays on your device.
A Thai sentence says what happens. When it happened is established once, often chapters earlier, by a time word or simply by the shape of the story, and the verbs then say nothing more about it. English has no such option: choose a verb and you have chosen a tense. Get it wrong and the sentence still reads fluently while placing the event in the wrong part of the story.
There is no way to solve that inside one paragraph, which is why the model reads the whole book before translating a word. The narrative frame, the cast and the recurring terms go into a guide, and every page is written against it.
The pronouns carry the other loss. A Thai speaker's choice of word for "I" tells you their age, their standing and their attitude toward the listener. English has one word, so that information has to move into tone — or go.
A DRM-free EPUB. The file stays on your device; only the text of the sample is sent.
The time frame of the narrative and the cast are established first, which is what makes English tense come out right.
About 4,500 words as a complete EPUB you can download or read here.
Tense is inferred. The Thai did not state it. Reading the whole book makes the inference well-grounded, not certain, and a scene that shifts time without a marker can be placed wrongly.
Status vanishes. The pronoun a Thai character chooses says who they are relative to the person they are addressing. English has "I" and "you", so that has to become tone, and much of it does not survive.
Fifteen pages, not the book. About 4,500 words.
The text is sent to a server and discarded when the job finishes.
The same way a Thai reader does — by reading. The text is understood as language rather than split on spaces, which is why the absence of spaces between words is not an obstacle here even though it is one for a simple line-breaking algorithm.
From the narrative frame established across the whole book. That is the single clearest reason to read the entire text before translating anything: a Thai paragraph very often contains no time information at all, and guessing per paragraph scatters the story across tenses.
They become register rather than words. A sentence that ended in a polite particle becomes a politely phrased English sentence; there is no English word to put in that position, and inserting one would read as parody.
About 4,500 words, roughly fifteen pages, five books a day.

The app translates the entire book and can show the English beside the Thai, so the original is there when the English has to commit to something Thai left open.
