Upload a Filipino EPUB and get the first fifteen pages back in English. Filipino verbs choose which part of the sentence is the point, and English has to rebuild that with word order.
The first 15 pages of text are sent to our server to be translated. The file itself stays on your device.
A Filipino verb is marked for focus: the same event can be told with the doer as the topic, or the thing done to, or the tool, or the place — and the verb changes accordingly. It is not the passive voice, although the nearest English equivalent often is. What it does is put the spotlight somewhere specific, and a translation that ignores it produces English that says the same facts with the emphasis in the wrong place.
Above that sits the register question. Filipino writing ranges from deep Tagalog to prose heavily mixed with English, and where a book sits on that scale is part of its voice. Reading the whole text first is what establishes where, before any translating begins.
The same guide carries the cast, the names and the respect markers — so what po was telling you about a relationship still shows in how the English sentence is phrased.
A DRM-free EPUB. The file stays on your device; only the text of the sample is sent.
The register and the cast are established first, which is what keeps the voice steady across a long text.
About 4,500 words as a complete EPUB you can download or read here.
Focus becomes word order. English rebuilds with emphasis and sentence structure what Filipino marks on the verb. It works, and it is never exact.
po has no English word. The respect it carries becomes phrasing — how the sentence is put, what the speaker is called. Inserting "sir" everywhere would read as parody.
Fifteen pages, not the book. About 4,500 words.
The text is sent to a server and discarded when the job finishes.
It becomes English word order and emphasis — sometimes the passive voice, sometimes a rearranged sentence, sometimes a small word that puts the stress where the Filipino put it. The consistency comes from the register set across the whole book rather than from a per-sentence guess.
As register, not as a word. A sentence carrying po becomes a deferentially phrased English sentence, and who is deferring to whom stays visible in how people address each other.
Yes. Prose that mixes English into Filipino is normal and is read as what it is; the English parts are not treated as already translated but as part of the voice, which is what keeps the finished text from sounding uneven.
About 4,500 words, roughly fifteen pages, five books a day.

The app translates the entire book and can show the English beside the Filipino, so the emphasis the verb carried is still visible in the original.
